Position Overview:
As a UX Designer with AI experience, you will be responsible for designing user-centric digital products that leverage AI technologies. Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and engineers, to create intuitive, accessible, and engaging user interfaces for AI-powered solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring that the user experience is simple, transparent, and effective, even when dealing with complex AI-driven features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to design seamless user experiences for AI-driven products and services.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and UI specifications that effectively communicate design concepts for AI-based features.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs, pain points, and preferences in AI-powered applications.
- Translate complex AI concepts and algorithms into easy-to-understand and intuitive interfaces.
- Apply UX design principles to improve the accessibility and usability of AI-powered systems, ensuring that AI is explained in a transparent and user-friendly manner.
- Continuously iterate on design concepts based on user feedback, business requirements, and technological constraints.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system that integrates AI components in a user-centric manner.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI, UX design, and human-computer interaction to bring innovative solutions to the table.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design work, particularly for AI-driven applications.
- Experience in designing interfaces that involve machine learning, natural language processing, or other AI technologies.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Understanding of AI concepts and how they can be applied in user-centric designs, including familiarity with AI biases, ethics, and transparency.
- Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts into user-friendly experiences.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing, particularly for AI-driven applications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-disciplinary team environment.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with AI ethics, data privacy, and security concerns in the context of UX design.
- Experience with designing voice, chatbots, or other conversational AI interfaces.
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and its integration with AI products.
