We are seeking an experienced and innovative Salesforce Solution Architect to lead our CRM implementation projects and drive technological excellence within our organization. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge with strong leadership skills to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall technology solution planning and estimation for complex projects
  • Drive innovation in design and delivery practices, focusing on CRM best practices
  • Manage delivery teams for full CRM lifecycle implementations
  • Conduct quality reviews of implementations
  • Lead end-to-end pre-sales activities
  • Provide leadership and support for delivery teams across offices

  • Deliver exceptional client service
  • Develop high-performing teams through challenging opportunities

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of CRM experience, with at least 4 years on a major CRM platform
  • Experience in at least 4 full lifecycle CRM implementations
  • Strong expertise and certifications in at least 2 CRM modules (e.g., Sales, Service, Marketing)
  • Development and troubleshooting experience with CRM platforms
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Iterative delivery methodology
  • Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating CRM with various business systems
  • Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable solutions
  • Familiarity with platform authentication patterns
  • Strong understanding of environment management and deployment methodologies

Additional Skills:

  • Experience with analytics platforms, marketing automation tools, or other related technologies is a plus
