As we expand our Salesforce practice, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Salesforce.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications, features, and functionalities using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other relevant technologies.
• Customize Salesforce configurations to meet client-specific needs, including workflow rules, process builder, validation rules, and object relationships.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications using REST, SOAP, or middleware platforms to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
• Develop and execute unit tests, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and quality assurance professionals, to deliver successful Salesforce projects on time and within budget.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions for clients.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Document technical specifications, design documents, and test plans to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain system documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, including workflow rules, process builder, validation rules, and object relationships.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST, SOAP, or middleware platforms.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience working in an agile project environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Prior experience in a consultancy or client-facing role is a plus.
