About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to join our growing team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business needs, enhance customer experiences, and drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Configure and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities, including Leads, Opportunities, Cases, Knowledge, Omni-Channel, and Service Console.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications using APIs, middleware, and web services.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and admins to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure best practices in Salesforce coding, security, and governance are followed.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing Salesforce solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles with clear documentation and version control (Git/DevOps).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of Salesforce development experience with proven expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi is a plus).
• Familiarity with Salesforce security, sharing rules, and permission sets.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II and other relevant certifications are an advantage).
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Good communication skills in English; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, or similar).
• Knowledge of Einstein Analytics/CRM Analytics or Service Cloud Voice.
• Experience working in a multinational or regional project environment.
