We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Consultant to join our growing team of technology experts. As a Salesforce Consultant, you’ll play a crucial role in helping our clients leverage the full potential of the Salesforce platform to transform their businesses and achieve their strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement and Analysis:

o Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with clients to understand their business processes, pain points, and objectives

o Analyze current systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement

o Develop comprehensive project plans and solution designs tailored to client needs

  • Salesforce Implementation and Customization:

o Configure and customize Salesforce orgs across various clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.)

o Design and implement complex automation using Process Builder, Flow, and Apex triggers

o Develop custom Lightning components and Visualforce pages as needed

o Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and systems

Data Management and Migration:

o Create data migration strategies and execute data imports/exports

o Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the migration process

o Design and implement data governance policies

  • Training and Support:

o Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users and administrators

o Create detailed documentation, including user guides and system architecture diagrams

o Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting

  • Project Management:

o Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

o Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly

o Identify and mitigate project risks proactively

  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

o Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features

o Recommend innovative solutions to enhance client operations

o Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices development


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Salesforce solutions
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL/SOSL
  • Experience with at least two Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.)
  • Salesforce certifications: Admin, Advanced Admin, and at least one Consultant certification
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, Technical Architect)
  • Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) implementations
  • Knowledge of integration tools like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi
  • Familiarity with industry-specific Salesforce solutions (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud)
  • Experience with DevOps and version control systems (e.g., Git)
