About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, guiding business stakeholders and technical teams in leveraging Salesforce to drive digital transformation and deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the end-to-end Salesforce architecture covering Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead the design and implementation of data models, integration patterns, security models, and system workflows.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce developers, admins, and business analysts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee multi-cloud solutions and integration with third-party platforms (ERP, marketing, customer engagement tools, etc.).
• Ensure Salesforce solutions are optimized for performance, maintainability, and scalability.
• Conduct technical reviews, code reviews, and solution validation to maintain high delivery standards.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices to drive continuous innovation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce technical escalations and solutioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3+ years in an Architect or Lead Developer role.
• Proven expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (knowledge of additional Salesforce products such as Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or CPQ is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, APIs, and integration strategies.
• Experience with enterprise architecture principles, governance, and security.
• Familiarity with middleware/integration platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.).
• Salesforce certifications required: Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect.
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a strong advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge business and technology discussions.
• Strong communication skills in English; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Salesforce DevOps (Copado, Gearset) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Einstein AI, CRM Analytics, or Service Cloud Voice.
• Experience in regional or global multi-org Salesforce implementations.
