Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of Trade Processing (Endur) to lead and oversee end-to-end trade processing operations across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant trade lifecycle management using the Endur trading platform, supporting energy and commodities trading activities.

The ideal candidate will combine strong operational leadership with deep expertise in trade lifecycle processes, Endur system functionality, and risk and compliance frameworks. This role requires strategic thinking, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to drive operational excellence across trade processing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Lead and manage the Trade Processing function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all trades
• Oversee the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including:
  • Trade capture and validation
  • Confirmations and settlements
  • Scheduling and nominations
  • Invoicing and reconciliation
• Ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery excellence
• Monitor trade processing workflows to ensure adherence to internal controls and policies
• Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs)

Endur Platform Oversight

• Provide functional leadership for the Endur trading system
• Ensure proper configuration and use of Endur modules to support trading operations
• Collaborate with IT and system support teams to implement system enhancements
• Lead testing, validation, and deployment of Endur upgrades and changes
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Endur system
• Drive system optimization and automation initiatives

Risk & Compliance Management

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements
• Implement robust control frameworks to minimize operational and financial risk
• Oversee trade reconciliation and exception management processes
• Ensure proper audit readiness and documentation standards
• Collaborate with Risk, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with:
  • Front Office (Traders)
  • Middle Office (Risk Management)
  • Back Office (Settlements & Finance)
  • IT and Systems Teams
• Serve as the primary escalation point for trade processing issues
• Provide operational insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives and transformation projects

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing trade processing team
• Establish performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Conduct workforce planning and resource allocation
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations
• Promote knowledge sharing and professional development within the team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Technology, or related field
• 10–15+ years of experience in trade processing, operations, or commodities trading support
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing operations teams
• Strong hands-on experience with Endur trading platform
• Deep understanding of:
  • Trade lifecycle processes
  • Trade confirmations and settlements
  • Risk management and controls
  • Energy or commodities trading operations
• Proven experience managing large-scale operational environments
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in energy trading (oil, gas, LNG, power, or commodities)
• Knowledge of Endur modules, including:
  • Deal Capture
  • Risk Management
  • Scheduling
  • Settlements
• Experience in system implementation or migration projects involving Endur
• Understanding of financial controls and audit processes
• Experience in multinational or shared services environments
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in energy or commodities markets
• Professional certifications (preferred but not mandatory):
