About the Role:
We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Consultant to provide business and technical expertise. You will work closely with clients to implement and optimize Dynamics 365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirements gathering and business process analysis.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 to meet client needs.
• Provide guidance on best practices and solution architecture.
• Deliver workshops, training, and documentation for end users.
• Support clients in post-implementation adoption and optimization.

Requirements:

• Strong experience as a Dynamics 365 Consultant, with CRM/CE focus.
• Understanding of business processes such as Sales, Service, or Marketing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations, workflows, and security roles.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements.
