Overview

We are seeking a skilled and business-savvy Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders—helping to shape, deliver, and optimize D365 solutions that support key enterprise functions such as sales, customer service, marketing, and field operations.

Whether it’s gathering requirements, configuring modules, training users, or rolling out new features, you’ll be at the heart of mission-critical CRM and ERP projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements across departments.
• Translate business needs into D365 solution designs and functional specifications.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (primarily CE, with optional exposure to F&O or Power Platform).
• Support project implementation from planning through to UAT and go-live.
• Work closely with developers and technical teams to deliver custom extensions, integrations, and workflows.
• Lead workshops and training sessions for end-users and super users.
• Provide hands-on post-implementation support and continuous improvements.
• Assist in aligning CRM/ERP processes with business strategies and compliance standards.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience delivering end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Service, Marketing) modules.
• Experience with configuration, business rules, workflows, forms, views, and dashboards.
• Ability to translate business processes into D365 functionality with minimal customization.
• Familiar with Power Platform tools: Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.

Desirable Skills

• Microsoft Certifications (MB-210, MB-220, PL-200, etc.).
• Experience with Omnichannel, Portals, or Field Service is a plus.
• Background in sectors such as real estate, finance, government, or customer service-intensive industries.
• Understanding of D365 integration with third-party platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Outlook, Azure Services).
• Previous involvement in data migration or system consolidation projects.
