About the Role

We are seeking a motivated AI Engineer with 3–7 years of experience to join our growing AI/ML team in Singapore. You will design, build, and deploy AI solutions that leverage machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and generative AI technologies. This role is hands-on, with opportunities to work on end-to-end AI projects that directly impact business operations and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI models for applications such as NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, and recommendation systems
• Work with large and complex datasets to prepare features and train models
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to integrate AI solutions into production systems
• Build and maintain scalable pipelines for training, testing, and deploying models
• Optimize AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and performance in real-world environments
• Stay current with new AI frameworks, libraries, and research to continuously improve solutions
• Contribute to documentation, model governance, and code reviews to ensure high-quality delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in AI or ML engineering, with a proven track record of building and deploying AI solutions
• Proficiency in Python and common AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face
• Hands-on experience with at least one AI domain (NLP, computer vision, generative AI, or recommendation systems)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with data pipelines, APIs, and integration of AI models into production systems
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Good communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to MLOps practices (MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar)
• Knowledge of big data platforms (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka)
• Experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing
• Familiarity with ethical AI practices and explainable AI methods
